After communicating with a customer and knowing their needs I will explain to them exactly what they have to do or what they need to do in order to proceed with the project. My main goal is to make sure that the customer feels comfortable over the phone as well as in their home

I have over 30 years experience working with this trade as well as customers
How did you get started in this business?
I actually started this business when I was 14 years old when a friend of the family asked me to work with them and started teaching me the trade. after a while I opened up my first business in the year 1988. I continue from there.
