Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Deodorizing an apartment that had pet smells, the client had many different companies try to get rid of the smells. I went out and evaluated the situation and told them all my products were 100% plant based and green and even then i was unsure if i could get the smells out permanantly. After a week they called and said whatever i did worked and they wanted to purchase some product from me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not price shop. Lowest prices are not always the best.
Always ask what is included and not included and what up charges you may get.
Get Everything in writing Before service starts including any up charges companies may have.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is involved with the cleaning process? Are your products safe and do you have proof? How long is the dry time and will the dry time promote mildew?
