What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Process in a Nutshell
Consultation & Bid Proposal
Helping you understand the specific options and details of your roofing project. All of your questions thoroughly answered. A written bid proposal provided outlining all aspects. If an insurance claim is involved we can assist in any way needed.
Pre-Construction Meeting
We will review all aspects of your roof replacement process and confirm product selections. The tentative install date will be set. All of your questions will be answered so you are completely informed and ready for us to get started. Job materials will be ordered and typically be delivered to your home the day before our crew arrives.
Commencing Work
Our highly skilled installation crew will arrive early the morning of and begin preparation. Most projects can be completed in only one day. All old roofing materials and any waste products are hauled away and your property is cleaned, including utilizing a magnet device to pick up nails that may have reached the ground.
Quality Control
For the duration of your project our team will supervise the details of the installation. Upon completion our management will conduct a quality inspection of your new roofing system.
