What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Gathering information on the present state of their carpets is essential.  Finding out where the most traffic is and also finding out if there are stains, etc.  Inforamtion gathering is pretty much the first stage. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

IICRC certification is the licensing that we possess.  This is the training necessary to be in the industry.  


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing is specific to what is needed in a particular residence.  There is some standard pricing available but it is contingent upon each home situation. 


How did you get started in this business?

I got started in the business helping out a friend who had a carpet cleaning business years ago.


What types of customers have you worked with?

When dealing with so many people on a regular basis you run into all different types of people.  Some are extremely nice and some are difficult.  You get a mixture when dealing with the public.  Lucky for me i have dealt with extremely nice individuals.  


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We cleaned all of the upholstery in a residnece and it came out wonderful.  


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure the pro is cleaning with heat.  This will remove 97% of the bacteria and allergens. Engage in conversation as much as you can to see if the pro is experienced. 


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Potential clients should think about what their budget is as well as everything they need done in the home so the pro can possibly give package pricing.
