What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Solar energy system design is not 'One Size Fits All' type process. We customize for individual home owners or business property owners. Therefore, we start the process by obtaining copies of recent electricity bills, preferably for previous 12 months. Then, we ask questions and listen to the owners' needs very carefully.
