What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide an estimate over the phone and schedule the appointment on a day convenient for the customer. We confirm the appointment the day before the appointment and call the customer about 30-45 minutes prior to arrival on the day of the cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sears trains all of its technicians to handle a wide range of cleaning services. Sears cleaning processes have been refined over several decades of experience in the industry.

We do have standard pricing which can be found on our website -www.searsclean.com. This includes carpet/upholstery/tile & grout/hardwood floor cleaning and air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.

Ask about their cleaning processes and their guarantee. Sears has a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your cleaning, call Sears and we will come back up to 30 days after the original cleaning to address your areas of concern at no extra charge.
