What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an introduction and a roof inspection. I provide the homeowner with a photo insepction report. Most roofs just need a repair. If it needs to be replaced I explain the insurance claim process and help the homeowner file a claim. I work with the insurance company to get a fair payment. I write up a contract and we install the roof and any other repairs included in the claim. We invoice the insurance company for the work. Then we collect payment and issue a 7 year, no fine print warranty.
