About this pro

Quick Roofing LLC has been in business for over 35 years. We maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, we carry a $2,000,000 insurance policy, we never ask for payment up front, and we provide great warranties. We help you work with your insurance company from start to finish.  We take care of all the invoicing and paperwork to make the process easy and headache free for you.

I like working for a company that values quality and customer service. It makes my day when I am able to step in and keep one of my clients from getting ripped off by another contractor or insurance company.

We had a major roof leak during a rainstorm and Joe came out immediately and temporarily fixed the problem until the weather cleared for repairs. His quick response saved us from having additional damage during the subsequent days of downpour. We had more damage than we knew but Joe knows exactly how to communicate with insurance and was able to quickly get the project underway and approved. Joe's crew was quick and kept the yard and pool clean from debris. They came out when they said they would and finished the job ahead of schedule. Joe is very honest and straightforward. We had no surprises and he made the whole process simple. I highly recommend Joe Janssen and Quick Roofing for any type of roofing repair or replacement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with an introduction and a roof inspection. I provide the homeowner with a photo insepction report. Most roofs just need a repair. If it needs to be replaced I explain the insurance claim process and help the homeowner file a claim. I work with the insurance company  to get a fair payment. I write up a contract and we install the roof and any other repairs included in the claim. We invoice the insurance company for the work.  Then we collect payment and issue a 7 year, no fine print warranty.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Do they have good reviews?

Do they need a payment up front?

How long have they been in busness?

What kind a of warranty do they provide?

Can they handle an insurance claim properly?
