What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact we set up an appointment for on site measurements. We them point customer in the correct direction for material selection. After you accept our bid we collect your deposit. Then we get you on our schedule to get your countertops installed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MDC granite vision LLC sends our employees to different workshops and certification courses throughout the year every year. We do you so so that we can keep up with the latest techniques and tools to promote the best quality and service possible.

MDC granite vision LLC handles a five level pricing system for different materials. Each project is different and depending on additional services different discounts may be applied to each project
How did you get started in this business?
Family owned business I took over management completely while I was in college. Proud to say we have maintainer steady growth year after year.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer portfolio is very diverse. We do all types of countertop projects from residential to commercial, small flips and large renovations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were recently hired to install all of the countertops in the new American Airlines building six project. This project is an important investment for the DFW area. Very happy to have been part of this exciting project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The lowest price is not always the best deal. At MDC granite vision LLC we pride ourselves in staying competitive and delivering the best quality of materials and craftsmanship available. We do not cut corners and have options for every budget
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Which countertop materials interest me? What kind of warranty to different materials come with? How does maintenance difference from one material to the other? Is there a financing available?
