We use industry standard rates for storm and fire restoration work, as does your insurance company, though occassionally those rates must be adjusted for specific materials or circumstances.

Developing a speculative property in Copper Canyon, TX, in 2004.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We converted a large pergola into a water-proof patio cover, reclaiming and incorporating almost all material from the original structure into the new, yielding a beautiful random wood ceiling under new, finished metal roofing.
