Allstar Carpet Cleaning & Repair
About
This is an owner operated business that has served the entire Brazos Valley since 2009. Known for excellent quality work w/a great attitude, all we need is one chance to make you a lifetime customer.
There are over 15 carpet/tile cleaning companies in B/CS, but only a handful specialize in residential homes. Allstar is definitely one of the best.
I love what I call "the Wow factor". Too often, people think their carpet isn't dirty because they don't have stains. Also, the few spots they did have were removed by some chemical from the grocery store (only to leave a residue and have the spots return within days).
I LOVE when my customers appear shocked at the difference my work is making.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat people with respect. I pay attention to their concerns and answer their questions honestly. I treat their home better than they do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken various classes throughout my 12+ year career in this industry, but most of my cleaning & repair knowledge was obtained through hands on experience.
My TAMU degree helps me w/the office work side of business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I ask several questions over the phone before quoting a price range, and I offer free 'in home' estimates when customers seem to need more than one service.
This is the best, most honest & fair way to bid for both us and the customer.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a temporary helper/technician during a major college student turnover in July of 2004.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential home owners, landlords of rental properties, apartment managers, leasing companies, business owners, church pastors, home builders, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't go with the cheapest bid or the most expensive, AND PLEASE do not believe all the online reviews you read. Especially the long ones.
Usually you can tell when the review isn't from a true customer.
