My name is Jeremy Adams. I have 3 core values honesty, integrity, and loyalty. I grew up in Elgin TX, I have been in the Austin area my entire life. Locally owned and operated since 2009 with 10+ years experience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Intial introduction/ blind bid given so customer can budeget
2. call to confirm appt. in route.
3. conduct walk thru inspection with customer, and give itemized estimate and negotiate and agree on price.
4. conduct inspection of carpet after cleaning to ensure quality of service
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
certified, in carpet cleaning, Tile and grout cleaning, and air duct cleaning

Pricing is very simple
$30.00 per room for carpet cleaning
$.55 to clean tile and grout
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in floor cleaning shortly after my military service. My lovely Wife introduced me to a gentleman in Austin who needed help, at the time i needed a job. he trained me. I worked my way up to top technician. Then proceed to start Absolute Carpet and Tile.
