What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our 1st step is to offer a free inspection. Once that's complete, and only if there is damage, we will begin the process of showing the customer their options.
We are insurance claims specialists. We offer to work with the adjuster throughout the process, so the customer can stay informed the whole way.
Once the customer has a check in hand, we will begin the work. We never take any money up front. We will not ask for a payment until we have materials, and manpower on the site.
When the work is complete, we will submit all reports to the insurance company, so the claim is paid in full. At that point, we will issue our warranty.

Each customer is different in their needs, and we are always willing to work within their individual budgets.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research before hiring any contractor.
Do they have a presence on Facebook? A website? The BBB?
Check for reviews.
And above all else, if they ask for any payment up front, tell them to hit the road.
