Concrete is my life my passion besides my wife and daughter concrete is my third love .i put my heart and soul into everything we touch from the smallest little job to the 4walmarts that we completed with awesome numbers on our slabs.we care about the small things and pay close attention to detail and treat each and every project as if we were doing the project for our grandmothers .i can’t speak for others but i know one thing I go over and beyond to make sure she is happy and we give every customer that exact experience to insure that we get return customers and new customers from word of mouth advertising.every job. Is just as important as the other one doesn’t get put on the back burner for the other we take pride in guaranteeing a quality product from start to finish and years to come our product will outlast the competition we go over and beyond to make sure the structural integrity of our product is just as good if not better than the near flawless finish we put on every job

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts us via email or text/call .we will set up a day and time that best suits them to come and give a free estimate or if professional opinion if that's all they are needing . Once an estimate is given and all parties are in agreement and understandment of what that particular customer is wanting a date is set for installation .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a concrete artisan for 23 years .it's the first and only job/profession I have ever known or done . It isn't just a job to me but also a hobby I truly enjoy everything I do .i got my ssi certification almost 6byears ago williams concrete Co.is. licensed insured and bonded we treat each and every job as if it was being done at our personal house our slogan is quality, professional concrete done on-time and on budget

How did you get started in this business?
It started at the young age of 13 as a summer job and my passion and love for the industry grew from there .

It's hard to describe a single event im fond of as I am fond of every one of them . I pour my heart and soul to EVERY job I do .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to do a little homework about the job you are inquiring about .so you know what to look for in whatever company you decide to go with. Knowledge ,honesty . professionalism.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Exactly what it is you are wanting done and have your mind 100% made up down to every detail .
Experience in the business , professionalism, reviews and or pictures of past jobs .
Make sure before booking a job you get an in person estimate .any and all things discussed that will be performed on or at your property is in writing and completely agreed upon ,and you and your concrete artisan are on the same page .
Be sure of what you want. If there is something you don't feel good about or have concerns about make sure you discuss it with the professional before work is done .
Be sure to always get a couple bids to ensure you are given a fair price and in doing so you'll have the chance to pick who you feel is the right person for your job .
