At Alexander Roofing we enjoy helping potential customers understand how the roofing process goes, even if we don't get the work, we feel good knowing we have helped someone know what to look for when picking a contractor, license, insurance, references, how long in business, to be able to see the red flags that come with shoddy contractors, we treat them just as I would want my parents treated.

Meeting at their home when they want, submit estimate along with proof of license, insurance, bond, and a reference sheet of 20 past customers.

31 years of on the job training and education, you can not get this type of experience in a classroom, we have a GAF Certification from the#1 roofing manufacturer in America.

We price our work relative to our competitors, by the square on re-roofing, repairs varies depending on what is involved.
How did you get started in this business?
At the bottom of the ladder, toting shingles up that ladder, slowly working my way up, finally getting to the top and starting my business 1996.

I believe I have worked with all different types of potential customers, there are all types of customers just as there are all types of contractors, they know from the first meeting if you will be a good fit for them.

LICENSE, INSURANCE, REFERENCES, REFERENCES, REFERENCES.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you licensed, insured, etc, how long have you been in business, do you want money up front, most reputable companies don't ask for deposit normally.
