first step is the estimate or quote process an introduction. Second step is project planning and contracts. Third step is ordering materials for project and setting schedules. Fourth step is project installation. Final step is completion and cleanup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience working with some of the top contractors in New York. The owner has been a project manager for over 10 years through various projects from New York to Florida. All employees hired by Northern charm our family members or close friends and have experience in most trades.
