I take the time to explain to the customer what is wrong and what their options are or can be. I have patience with all customers and always work with them on the price unless I am low to begin with..
Helping people who can't afford to call one of the large company's that have to charge more to stay in business ! I enjoy helping families ,poor people, senior citizens or anyone that large companies have overcharged to stay comfortable, and keep their systy maintained so it will use less energy and saves them money over time also. I always charge less than most and the universe always takes care of me more than anyone could imagine.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain what is wrong showing why it needs to be done and give them the correct answer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of education and experience beyond any schooling could teach. I have 2 college degrees. 1st is an associate of applied sciences in machining technology and the second one is also an associate of applied science and manufacturing technology which is composites that are used in it airplanes and aerospace materials such as carbon fiber and fiberglass.

I have standard prices on all my parts, services and labor.
How did you get started in this business?
My family owned a bunch of rental properties and an ice factory growing up. My family has been in the refrigeration business since 1928 due to having an ice factory since 1928 so keeping places cool is in my blood apparently.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, commercial, industrial and all types.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Preparing a disabled veteran system and his two-year-old daughter who didn't speak according to their parents followed me around and the parents told me she's usually not like that with people. However my children have speech problems and I run into their attention that she was speaking and I repaired their system for well below what it should have cost. When I left I bought a lottery ticket and won $500 and then stopped at a second gas station and bought another chicken and one another $500.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get to know the service guy.
