What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All our work is done onsite at the customers home or office. We provide free estimates on the phone or by email. Our flat surface charges are by the square foot and upholstery is charged by the lineal foot. Our prices are all inclusive so no additional up selling is done. We offer a 30% introductory discount for new clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our air duct cleaning techs are NADCA certified.

Square foot for flat surfaces and by the lineal foot for upholstery. Per diffuser for air duct cleaning.

How did you get started in this business?

I started in this field in 1987 working for a large national company. We started Red Carpet in 1994.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all sorts of clients. From Rock stars and artist's to major business moguls.Quality people and workmanship keep us in good company.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look at experience and inquire what the pricing includes. There is a lot of "alacarte" pricing companies and that distorts a good comparission for value concious clients.
