What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I come out to meet the customer and take a look at the work to be quoted. Then I go over what I would suggest to do and give the customer a free quote. When the customer hires me to complete the work then I go over what the process is like to complete the work and what they can expect. I am in constant communication with the customer to keep them updated. Once the work is complete I go over the work the customer and answer any questions they may have. The number one priority is making sure the work is of the highest quality and the customer is completely satisfied.
