My job is to make your living or work space comfortable and clean! If you have carpets, rugs, tile/grout, vinlyl floors, hardwood, upholstery, etc. that could use a cleaning, welp that's what we do. I am IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, and Odor Control. Locally owned business, NOT a franchise. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can contact us by text or phone at 412-880-3270 OR at beacon-clean.com OR message me on Facebook at Beacon Cleaners. Based on the job requested, I will come to your residence to provide an accurate quote. I will not try to upsell once the quote is accepted! We will then get your job on the schedule and completed on the agreed upon date. Payment due at completion of services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.. I have trained and worked with experts in the field from accross the country! My mission is to satisfy all customers and to never stop learning.
How did you get started in this business?
Working with others during my previous career, I knew upon retirement, I would start this business. I truly enjoy seeing the look on the customer's face once the job is complete!

All ranges, from $50k residences up to multi-million dollar homes!
