We come talk to the homeowner discuss what areas they are looking to address , and figure out a price that is fair for both of us. We then email a proposal to them and we only take a deposit when we start work and only an amount that the Homeowner is comfortable with..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school I was 17 yrs old and I was told to go take care of myself brown bag with some clothes that's it. I went and started helping a great roofer , a great man Tom Castagna
I made 48 dollars a day. He taught me a lot about how to carry yourself . So my education was when life punched me in the face. My training started 35 years ago and it was on the job

I needed a job when I got out of High School and a Roofer from the area gave me a job making 48 dollars a day.
It wasn't much but it was ok for me
I was on my own when I was 17 years old it was 1988. I have been Roofing since.

You get a feeling about people , what kind of person they are , their character.
