I had an amazing experience working with Cascadia Carpet Cleaning. They came and cleaned both my carpets and a old couch I was planning to give away. They were professional and worked with efficiency. Trevor was knowledgable and very friendly and was a pleasure to work with after my last experience with a carpet cleaning company. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet face to face, and to look at the shape that the carpet is in. If you like the quote giving, we can clean on spot. Cascadia Carpet Cleaning also can do upholstery, tile and grout, and all types of rugs and carpet.

How did you get started in this business?

I worked at a local carpet cleaning company were i was trained by one of portlands/vancouvers best carpet cleaners. The person who trained me was a expert in specialty stain, odors, and pet damage. From there i worked my way up to start my own company

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. That had 8000 SQFT homes to 12x12 area rugs, and multiple local companies. I have not turned down any jobs. I always give it my 110%

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Talk to the company about what process they use. Owner operators really care about their quality of work, and typically go above and beyond. But that doesn't mean a companies technician isn't going to do a good job. Just my personal advice
