Call 971-533-2380 or email from our website www.a-steam.com.  All questions will be asked & you can schedule your carpet and/or upholstery cleaning appoitment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors of Science degree in Speech Communication and Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certified (IICRC).

Pricing is per square foot for carpet & upholstery cleaning.  Emergency water extractions are priced per hour.

How did you get started in this business?

Worked for my parents carpet & upholstery cleaning companies in high school & college (Summers) before I started my own in 2010 when they retired.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Commercial & residential customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

3500 square foot residential home.  Cleaned all carpet & a full sectional with ottoman.  They were very happy with the services & posted a 5-star review on www.yelp.com.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask questions before you hire.  What is there cleaning process?  Do they pre-spray all carpet & upholstery before cleaning?  Can I have a free in-home estimate?  Do you use a truck mounted hot water extraction procedure?  What temperature do you clean carpet & upholstery at?  What is the dry time?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What day & time is best to schedule your cleaning, once all your questions have been answered.
