Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The Arbuckle Boys Scouts camp, tornado and hail damaged. Rebuilt 60 yr old stone steps, metal fascia and soffit, slate roofing and commercial gutters.
The Johnson Mansion in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Build in 1902 and the 2nd oldest home in town. Rebuilt roof completely down to the rafters.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Feel comfortable with who you hire. Don't accept 'this is how it works' ask questions; how long in business, what kind of materials, warranty (materials and workmanship), insurance claim if applicable, etc. Also, money out of pocket.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Locally owned and operated, previous work done with addresses, visual in community, etc.
