My main focus is quality! I dont believe in paying for half a job so I make sure when I clean my customers homes I go in knowing what all I'm supposed to be doing, knowing what they want done and what there expecting of me and I do just that! There are no cutting corners in my book, if you want a cleaner that will actually clean and LOVE doing it, I'm your girl. I worked at a cleaning company for over a year and learned the in's and outs of a cleaning service and realized I can do this on my own and not charge people an arm an lef for doing something I love, so I did. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I would get there location, and the kind of cleaning there interested in, info on there home, and give them an estimate. If they accept it I will send out a work order via email, insert there info into my contacts and my scheduling software, get them booked with tons of discounts and formally introduce myself on the day of there cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did online cource to become a certified house cleaner, I also worked for a national cleaning company for almost a year and did training courses throughout my time with them
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I do, I price by rooms instead of hourly. For example a basic clean 1 bedroom 1 bathroom costs $70 and a deep clean 1 bedroom 1 bath is $80. Bedrooms are $15 /each and bathrooms are $20 each. Same goes for the move in/out cleans. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home cost $90 for move out. Any additional bedroom is $10 and any additional bathroom is $20. First initial cleans are 15% off and of they complete their 2nd clean within 2 weeks of there 1st clean they get 5% off that visit as well. I offer discounts for recurring cleans after there 1st initial clean.
How did you get started in this business?
I originally started working for a nationwide cleaning company, after being there for a year I started noticing how little cleaning they was really doing, and how much the customers were paying. It didnt settle right with me so I out my 2 weeks in and decided I was gonna do what I love to do, and do it the right way, and not charging an arm and leg for my services. Cleaning is something I take serious and love doing, so its more like a hobby than a job!
