I am Lewis Swayne, the sole owner of Swayne Construction. I specialize in Restoration, Design, Remodeling, and Sunrooms. I also offer a variety of individual services such as interior/exterior painting, tile installation, and more.

As a self-performing contractor, I provide all services personally, without the involvement of employees, helpers or even subcontractors (excluding plumbers, electricians, and HVAC).

This approach significantly enhances the overall quality of workmanship. By avoiding the complexities associated with managing multiple trades or workers concurrently, homeowners benefit from consistent and predictable work standards, enhanced communication, and increased flexibility and creativity to achieve their desired outcomes.

Normally if you wanted custom cabinets, you would hire someone that hires a designer, then hires a cabinet maker, then has an employee install the cabinets. If you hire me, I can personally design your cabinets, build them, paint them, and install them, or I can I do that in addition to remodeling your kitchen. This eliminates any potential headaches and miscommunication that can occur from having so many different individuals involved in just the one part of the project, and gives you more freedom to make changes throughout the process.
