How did you get started in this business?
I started when I was young and never stopped since. Unfortunately there’s a lot of bad companies in this industry and I take pride as being one of the few good ones. I strive to achieve excellent results on every project!

I recently did a big commercial carpet cleaning job which came out really good. It took 2 days to complete the job
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Most of my competitors have old outdated equipment and want to be in and out of your house or business as fast as possible. It’s important to me to get the job done right not fast!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What’s your experience in this industry? Are your cleaning agents family & pet safe? (Unfortunately a lot of companies use cheap toxic chemicals) What is your step by step process for cleaning carpets, upholstery, tile/grout etc. Are you personally going to do the job or are you sending one of your employees? (Some companies even send out subcontractors so please beware!)
