Mow ER

The guy that came to fix my mower knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix the problem. He fixed my mower right in my driveway. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

When Kevin came to work on my mower he was friendly and seemed like he wanted to do a good job. That said, I have tried several times via text and voice mail to inquire about parts that he

needed to finish the job he started. He never answered either. My mower is dead in the water . My only option was to voicemail Kevin to let him know that I was going to go another direction and that I was all done trying to contact him.

He is a nice guy. However, I didn’t find him reliable as it is virtually impossible to make contact with him.

He didn’t really know the drive system that he was adjusting for me. Complete waste of $65. Mower doesn’t drive any better. He could have at least said he wasn’t familiar with the brand/type before agreeing to work on it.

He was quick to respond and seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately the mower still had the same problem after he fixed it so for $70 more he came back and did more and told me it was fixed. It died after one lap around periphery of yard. He came back 3rd time for free and it finally worked.

Mow ER was fast, responsible and reasonable. I was caught by the cute name but Kevin did a great job with a difficult job.
