What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a day for a free in person walk through and Estimate within 25 miles of my location.
Measure the space to be cleaned by the square foot
The upholstery to be cleaned by the linear foot
Take picture of the spaces for review
Ask all necessary questions
Bid the job and hopfully Land it.

Carpet cleaning by sq ft. .55-65 cent.
Extras
.10 cent per square foot for pet odor and and stain Treatment.
.35 cents per square foot for protector on synthetic fibers-.55 cent per square foot for Natural fibers
How did you get started in this business?
2009 started as a helper. Delivering rugs, and Van sitting for tickets.
2010-12 Tried other opportunities but continued to work as a helper
2013 began working as a lead technician in a private owned business
2015 I became certified.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers with different demographics. Not all customers are the same some can be picky some needy some who will walk through the entire job by your side, some who will give you the space to work, those who will haggle with you for a lower more in expensive quote and those who dont mind paying for good days work, clients who offer you dinner and clients who wont offer you water. All in all the cleaning of the fibers and fabric remain the same and as long as they are joyed by the end result is all that matter to me.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Help me understand what it is that you would like for me to get done and I will do everything I can to make it possible. I am here to service your needs ask as many questions as possible and I will answer to the best of my knowledge. You may have a rug that you think should just be thrown out, of course you would like to know the price but also ask what cleaning process would be used in restoring the rug. How long will it take for the rug to be done. Let me know if there is anything you are allergic to, sensitive to strong smells like deodorizer, or ammonia and detergents. Understand that stain and odor removal are not guaranteed 100%
