What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first inspect the job and diagnose the problem.After that I give the customer an estimate on what has to be done and most times it in involves giving them a written ,detailed quote.Its all in the customers hands after that. If they want to use me for their services we set up a time for the job to be completed that's compatible to both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for two Roofing companies before going out on my own back in 1989 so I have over 30 years of experience. I also have completed numerous safety courses which are essential I believe for the safety of my employees and piece of mind of my customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the pro has all the proper insurances,and is fully licensed.Local references are a plus.Also go with your gut feeling about a pro. If the price is right but you are uncomfortable about other issues move on to another pro.
