My service stands out because of my quality of work and my pricing. My energy for this work is unmatched my passion for the finished results has to be Immaculate or the jobs not done. My prices are my prices they do not change. When I leave my clients, the carpet, upholstery, tile and grout is dry, that is truly important to me that my clients are able to sit or walk without having to wait 24hrs.
I enjoy meeting my clients hearing their life stories seeing different parts of the city. Taking in the accomplishmeants of how far I've come. My clients sort of turn into family, because they always want me to come back for other jobs and for their friends jobs, I take it very seriously. My father said (if your hearts not in it it's just hard work but when you put your all in to what you do,100 percent it's not work it's passion).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for a new client is to give a quote over the phone, if possible I'll have the client send me pictures so I can give a more efficient price, and my prices are set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by kingdom cleaning, I have done this type of work for over 10 years 8 of those were on my own hands on.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business when I realized around my young adult age I wanted to work for myself and I was really good at just cleaning carpets. I started off with a Hoover cleaner cleaning apts near Venice beach in CA. One of my closest friends grandmothers house my grandmothers house, any carpet I could get my hands I did.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers customers who are talkative, some silent customers who want to learn how to keep the carpets clean, return customers, customers that have used other peoples services and were unhappy because they pay and by the end of the week spots are back, customers that have certain ways they want to do things, timeless customers, young customers I've had them all.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give to a customer is to look for integrity and quality, and before the job is started make sure to ask how long will it take to dry. The huge equipment some companies use spreads water everywhere picks up next to none of it. So that's why spots come back or in some cases start to rot the flooring underneath. DRYING is more important then customers think. That would be my advice.
