What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process is consistent, it is the same for all our customers.
1. We physically inspect the areas to be cleaned for pre - existing conditions
2. Apply corner guards to protect your baseboards and furniture
3. Rake traffic areas to flick micro particles from in between the fibers to the surface
4. Vacuum the traffic areas and base boards
5. Apply cleaning solution (that is custom blended on site for your carpets)
6. Agitate the traffic areas
7. Rinse out the cleaning solution after desired dwell time
8. Repeat #5 (if necessary) with a slightly stronger cleaning agent, repeat #6 and #7
9. Extract the moisture by vacuuming the area 4 times
10. Groom the carpet for quicker dry time
11. Apply carpet protectant (for just $25 more)
12. Set floor fans to aide in quicker dry time
STAIRS: Require more time, more labor intensive & sometimes require special tools. This is why most companies charge more per sf than flat carpet.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would be asking what the company is doing to prevent cross contamination in between jobs?
We spray and wipe down all of our equipment every day with two products called Mediclean and Clorox, they are both EPA approved products for use in hospitals, households, and institutions. We also steam clean and power wash our "on site" equipment after each job.
