My carpets were stained by traffic and a new puppy! I was just hoping they could be cleaned and eliminate puppy odors! I cannot tell you how surprised I was that my carpets could have been restored beyond clean to looking great! Traffic areas are gone, stains gone and everything looks so bright now! They moved furniture out, pretreatied stains and extra work in traffic areas! On top of that, they were thoughtful, professional and very hard working! We have a 16 year old jack Russell who has been on diuretics for heart failure and has had numerous "accidents" in our dining room. We also have a 6 year old granddaughter that spilled blue nail polish on the living room carpet. These wonderful men came and cleaned it all. My house smells so clean. They were professional and funny. I love people that love their jobs. If you want your carpets clean, then these are your guys. I can not say enough wonderful things. Allen and his workers were prompt and the service was outstanding. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do to remove spots and stains and proceeded to do an outstanding job. Our carpets were stained and had a small odor to them. After Allen and his crew were done the stains are gone and the carpets look brand new. Outstanding job I will be referring him to all my friends and family. His prices were also very fare for the work done.
