What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call my customer to find out as much detail as posible to avoid mistakes or misscomunications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every job is different so I don't think is fare to put a standar price in other words I don't like to overpriced my customers or underprice my jobs. I like to keep it fare for both my custumers and my self. I normally have a $40 service call but It can always be disscused.
How did you get started in this business?
I was very fortunated to work next to profesional contractors and I decided to do things on my own due to the fact that I was alredy doing it, I just thought that I could give a better price to custimers that were on a budget.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residencial ( home owners ), realtors, small bussines owners, family friends, custumer referals etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just bought my firts house. The hard work finally paid off.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Allways get at leats three different quotes and choose the one that sounds fare not the cheapest. Remember you get what you paid for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always try to give as much detail as posible, and be honest do not lie, if you don't know what the problem can be, just ask the pro to come over.
