What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process with working with a roofing client is doing a thorough inspection of a customer's roof and hearing thier complaints, needs, and wants. We then draw a contract that we look over to start the job that is signed by the customer and contractor. The job is started with a crew who is fully briefed on the job before starting. If the job takes more than one day, after each day, the debris is disgarded to keep property clean and again after job is done. If they job is bigger than expected, a dumpster is brought on the premise and taken away after the job is done. The contractor and client go through the job at the end to make sure the client is happy and the work is guaranteed.
