What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet with a new client we spend a few minutes to go over any concerns and problem areas of the carpet floors or upholstery to be cleaned. We also explain what they can expect during and after the service is complete, including details of the cleaning process and care afterwards . Next we test for color fastness and cleaning ability. We write and present a quote to the client and upon approval we then start the cleaning process.
