I have over 30 years construction experience, and I have been independently employed since 2002. My company Takoda Green Roofing has been servicing Omaha for 6 years. We are located in Benson at 59th and Maple. When it comes to old houses.... I'm the best in the business. I have my building class A license. I'm an expert in working insurance claims, and storm damage repair. I have my certification to complete asbestos roof tile removal and perform asbestos roof tile repair work. We do all types of exterior and interior remodeling. Our main focus is roofing, siding, and guttering. Although we can offer a wide range of construction services. Our customer service is top of the line, and we know how to streamline projects from start to finish. We help realtors and homeowners with home inspections as well. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always treat every customer with respect and the utmost care. When you call our company, we make sure to respond as promtly as possible and we're always willing to work with your schedule. Once an estimate has been made on your project, if you accept, we will have you sign a contract and we'll set up the date to begin construction. Once a job is complete, we work with our customers for payment options, ranging from credit cards, checks, and cash, to insurance claims and mortgage companies. Once the invoice is fully paid, the customer will recieve a 5 year warranty for our work. We make sure to keep the customer informed throughout the entire process.

Our prices are based on materials and workload required. We are willing to negotiate with insurance companies to relieve stress from our customers. We always include a price on our contracts and keep our customers informed of any unexpected changes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with lower income customers to negotiate prices with their insurance companies, as well as higher income customers looking to change the aesthetics of their roof. The majority of our customers fall in the middle and include an insurance claim for hail damage.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to look for a company that's locally owned and operated, as well as fully insured with workman's comp. Always check for a list of references or reviews.
