Aspen ArtWorks, founded in 2012 and serving North Carolina, Texas, and Colorado, provides building design and planning services for renovations, additions, and new homes and buildings. Led by a master builder with more than 40 years of construction experience, the firm prepares concept, permit, and construction plan sets, including contractor layout plans and coordinated documentation for agency review and bidding. Services include interior and exterior design; site and land planning; and detailed layouts for kitchens, baths, patios, and garages. Plan sets can include 3D renderings and videos to show how a project will look before work begins. Aspen ArtWorks emphasizes planning first to define scope, feasibility, budget, and schedule so clients can compare contractor pricing on an apples to apples basis and ensure the build follows the intended design. The team organizes the process from early design through permitting and construction documents and offers consulting on materials and product selections to align with the client’s goals.
