What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Schdule an appointment and listen to the basic wants and/or needs of the potential customer.
2.) Meet with the homeowner or business owner at his or her property so that we can better understand the needs of the client, the scope of work, and discuss potential materials, pricing, and timeline to Re-Roof the Roof.
3.) Measure the roof, decide on the type of shingle (material), and provide the client with a deetailed scope of work and timeline, along with an estimte and contract to Re-Roof the Roof.
4.) Schedule a build date to Re-Roof the Roof. Order the Materials to Re-Roof the Roof.
5.) Deliver Materials to Re-Roof the Roof.
6.) Re-Roof the Roof.

Re-Roofing Saint Louis since 2012.

A Re-Roof is like a snowflake. No Re-Roof is the same. This is why we take a hands on approach to our bidding/estimating process.
How did you get started in this business?
Selling Re-Roofs for a family friend (out of state company) after a major hail storm. This is why we are so well versed on hail damage to roofs and the insurance claim process. in the beginning (2012-2014) the majority of Delta Exteriors Re-Roofs were from insurance claims due to hail damage.
However, Insurance Claims are no longer our primary focus, BUT we are happy to help our clients in need of a Re-Roof due to hail or wind damage (insurance claims on roof).

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The roofing industry is similar to a Bucking Bronco. My friends and family picking me up everytime I get bucked off... which has helped Delta stand by their Saint Louis Clients side for nearly a decade.
We couldn't have made it this far without our support system.
