A project Manager will come out to your home or place of business to gather information that is most important to you. We do not sell you! We listen to you very closely and then prepare a proposal that is tailored around your specific needs and wants. We inform the customer of payment policy upfront and payment options along with warranties. There are no hidden fees and eveyrthing is disclosed. One of the most recent projects we completed was the install of a new roof and gutters on an apartment building in Clayton, MO. There was over 114,000 sq feet of roof material installed. There was over 6000 linear feet of gutters and downspouts installed on the 9 story building. The jobsite remained cleaned at all times and safety was of most important.
