FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We Treat evey customer as though it was our home we would be working on.  We set up a time and day that works best for the customer and fit it into our schedule.  A project Manager will come out to your home or place of business to gather information that is most important to you.  We do not sell you! We listen to you very closely and then prepare a proposal that is tailored around your specific needs and wants.  We inform the customer of payment policy upfront and payment options along with warranties.  There are no hidden fees and eveyrthing is disclosed.  A project manager remains on site during construction and a final inspection is performed upon final payment collected.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

One of the most recent projects we completed was the install of a new roof and gutters on an apartment building in Clayton, MO.  There was over 114,000 sq feet of roof material installed.  There was over 6000 linear feet of gutters and downspouts installed on the 9 story building.  The jobsite remained cleaned at all times and safety was of most important.  The client was very happy with jobsite cleanliness and install practices.  The target install deadline was met becuase of our highly trained staff and install team.
