Firestone Red Shield Roofing Applicator
Peak Performance is amongst a highly qualified group, the only group authorized to install the Firestone Red Shield Warranty Systems. Firestone has approved Peak Performance to install TPO, EPDM, APP Modified, and Built up Asphalt red shield warranted systems./p>

We deal with all types of cutomers; Homeowners, Buisnesses, Real-estate agents, Genearal contractors, Developers, Multi family Condos, apartments, etc.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We have just recently completed a muti unit condominium complex in the West County area. We are also currently working on a commerical Healthcare facility in the south county area.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You shouldn’t let price be your only determining factor when looking for roofing services. While all of us want to keep costs down, keep in mind that a roofing project is not something you can easily inspect as the work is in progress. In fact, most homeowners do not really know if the roofing work is being completed properly during the course of the work. Since you cannot inspect the work without getting in the way of it, you won't know if things are going smoothly. Hiring a local roofing contractor works to your advantage since local roofers care more for their reputation and are more readily available should any defects or problems show up.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Find out if the roofing company has been in business for a long time
2. See if they are properly insured
3. Ask about their warranty on both labor and materials
4. Check to see if they provide references that you can speak with
5. Make sure the company is local.
