FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will discuss the customers needs over the phone in detail and we also offer to give free estimates on site.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are certified and trained according to IICRC standards.

How did you get started in this business?

I started cleaning while going to high school for extra money. After finishing school, I started cleaning part time to supplement my income in the electrical field. I found I enjoyed cleaning floors and the reward of doing a good job and soon started my own business in 1988. Since then, I have slowly grown by getting referrals from satisfied customers. Now we have 3 trucks and 4  trained technicians.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have cleaned thousands of homes around the twin cities area and many offices and clinics have us regularly maintain their carpet and flooring.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

An important thing to ask a floor cleaning contractor is what is their process, how long have they been in business, and is it a green cleaning process that is safe and effective.

Beware of newer companies that have limited experience as well as some contractors that overcharge.
