What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call and tell me what they want done. If they want a free no obligation telephone quote I give them one and we schedule a time for the cleaning. If they prefer to have a free in-home evaluation and estimate I schedule a time to meet with them and upon their approval I can do the work at that time or schedule for another day
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC and MyCleaner certifications and classes. Air ducts, Area Rugs, Carpet, Furniture. Mal Odor control, pet odor removal specialist. Water and fire damage restoration. All power washing and gutter and down spout cleaning projects. Over 35 years experience in the cleaning and restoration industry.

How did you get started in this business?
I moved to California in 1986 to chase my dreams and become a stuntman. I lost all my money in Las Vegas and when I arrived my friends made me get a job cleaning carpets so that I could stay otherwise I had to move back home to Minnesota. I have been in the cleaning and restoration industry ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
One of my favorite things about working in my industry is getting to meet new people every day. All walks of life and backgrounds. From the very rich to the poor. From the very nice to the not so nice. Customers who keep up on their cleaning needs and those who well let’s just say I could tell you some stories. I never know what to expect or who my next customer will be that’s what keeps my days interesting. Never the same and exciting. I have met many people I do business with or just clean their home every year. Most of my customers are good people. They want to find a cleaning company they can rely on and trust to come in to their homes when needed and not worry about who is in their Home. Finding a good cleaner you can trust to come into your home is a big deal and I know it is a major concern for most of my customers. Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Too many to list. Recently helping a woman with bad respiratory and asthma problem to breathe better. After cleaning her air ducts, which were really really really dirty she called me several times thankng me and telling me how much better she was feeling so that made me feel really good.
