Carl, Kyle and the whole crew of hard working guys just left an hour ago and I cannot sing their praises enough! We were referred to All Craftsmen Exteriors, so I embarrassingly have to admit I never looked at their website until just now, when the job was done... luckily for me, I can 100% say everything they promise on their webpage they do. The crew was fantastic. Clean, respectful, courteous, hard working and polite. Kyle was informative, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Carl handled everything since we called for an estimate; dealt with our insurance but kept us in the loop, made zero shady charges to our insurance company and was kind to all the representatives he worked with (their words!), he helped with all the claim stuff and even explained things to us that our insurance rep didnt bother to take the time to do! Literally the best experience I have had with a company since buying a home. I would recommend them to a thousand people if I knew that many! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication! We love our NEW roof! :)
