Professionalism. He did an excellent job. Only one recommendation that they might consider is moving some of the larger pieces of furniture to clean carpet BEHIND them (lazy boy chair and couch) and he may have, if I had asked, but we only wanted the traffic areas done; price was very reasonable and I will hire them again!
