Member of Maryland Minority contractors association. Proud Member of Maryland Roofing Association. We currently have done about 30 roofs in the east Baltimore area. These roofs range from modified rubber, tpo and shingle. We have been doing this for 19 years.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Writing up a contract, showing them a number of products and giving them various options to choose from. I make contact with the customer and try to identify the problem prior to a site visit. Upon discussing the problem, i generally go up on the roof and assess the roof or gutter condition and make suggestions or options to solve the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years experience in the construction trades, 19 years of roofing experience. Licensed and insured.Bursiness training at the small business resource center. Various estimating and blueprint reading classes at Associated Builders and Contractors. Licensed and insure, Maryland Home Improvement Commission.

Its based on the individual job. Site conditions, sometimes involved scaffolding up a roof section. Demolition and tear of options in that instance.
How did you get started in this business?
Started of as a laborer 30 years agon. Learned framing, carpentry and eventually roof. Partnered with a professional roofing who worked for Turner roofing 19 years. My construction experience goes back 25 years in various phases of construction.
What types of customers have you worked with?
90% residential and 10 % commericial. We did a church rubber roofing system which was over 80 squares last year.
