What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with every client to give you our individual attention you deserve to properly assess your project and develop a solution that’s best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 25 years professional experience. We have obtained many service related certification and maintained a 5 star rating throughout the DC MD and Northern Va for over 15 years. That something to be proud of.

Every project is priced accordingly. Even identical houses will have different needs. Each home ages differently, past remodeling, additions and upgrades can effect pricing. So we look at your home and provide the right solution for YOUR home.
How did you get started in this business?
I actually got started in roofing by accident. After coming home from the Army, While attending college at night taking business and marketing, I worked as a roofing laborer during the day. After a couple years I realized I was very good at my job and began thinking about starting a company. I did some researched and worked for a few top companies in the area. Having worked my way up from laborer to sales and project manager, I decided it was time to move on. 2001 I began slowly taking on smaller projects part time then in 2006 is when we were operating 100%.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. Homeowners, business owners, property managers, real estate agents, and banks.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Well. We are known for taking on difficult jobs no one else is willing to do. We did a small project in Alexandria, roof restoration due to water leakage. To my surprise, after several failed attempts from other top companies in the area, we came in, evaluated her roof and provided a proposal, did the job 1 time and no leaks. It’s because of our diverse field experience and expertise. Not all companies have the highly diverse skill level as we do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework. Meaning. Learn a little about the service you are seeking to have done. Though it can be daunting and confusing, having some basic knowledge is helpful. But remember don’t read blogs or comment boards. Those type of sources aren’t reliable. Try to obtain some info from manufacturers or stop by a local supply store to obtain some literature. There’s a wealth of information out there, the key is being educated about your purchase and unfortunately not all contractors are created equally or have the same standards. Secondly ask for references with phone numbers. We give over 100! Wow. That’s right! Make sure they are licensed and insured. These are a few steps to help you hire the right contractor. Remember, price isn’t necessarily would you should be shopping, it’s your contractor. Go with your gut. You can tell if someone knows what they are talking about most of the time. Remember pricing is all relative. Cheap pricing usually mean inexperience, less quality product or not a properly install system, lack of insurance or not licensed. Doesn’t hurt if they carry certifications in their related field. We have about 15.
