What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All estimates are free. We will come to their place of residence or the location of the project. Go over the project and ideas with homeowner and then write a written estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MHIC Licensed contractor and have 35 years working with remodeling projects.
My employees are tested for their knowledge of construction and skills.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No standard pricing but usually work with a standard labor rate.
How did you get started in this business?
Was working for another contractor and decided to go out on my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of work for individuals, management companies, real estate agents, property owners and tenants.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I take my business very seriously and only take off about 2 times per year so a recent cruise with my family was very enjoyable.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We get a majority of our work from word of mouth.
I would suggest talking to some previous clients especially ones that the contractor has done multiple job for.
Make sure any proposal are obtained in writing and don't hesitae to clarify anything you are not sure of with the proposal.
