What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will take all your information and get a day in time you would like me to come out and give you a free estimate. I will give you a courtesy call you one hour before I head your way.
After meeting you at your home and giving you an estimate I will email you a written estimate. And add you to our schedule for the Service you would like us to provide.
On the day of your appointment I will give you a courtesy call in the a.m. to confirm then another courtesy call one hour before I head your way.
All my customers my feel free to email text or call me at anytime with any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for 15 years owning my own business for 13 of those years. I have many certifications and continue my education and updating my certifications. Our company is licensed and fully insured.

In my industry it is hard to give a standard price. But I am more than happy to speak with anyone about their specific needs and give them a free estimate.
