What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Speak with client over the telephone. Possibly give some preliminary pricing, if requested, or schedule and appointment to assess the project. See the client to discuss the project. If client is ready to get together, we'll write up the contract and schedule for istallation. If the client is not ready, we'll schedule a time soon in the future to re-visit the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Buisness degree from George Washington University. Many decades of sales/construction experience. P.G. Builders has been our family business for 45 years.
